I would NEVER go to this store again. I went to this store when i first moved to GA. I heard of this store from family members. I decided to go today even though this store has a very small selection of hair. Anyway, the owner decides to put someone incharge of the store that didn't have a bit of knowledge of customer service. This person was young and disrespectful the moment i walked into the store not wanting me to touch the hair. How management could hire someone like this to manage their store is mind boggling. As i was leaving and said i wasn't going to purchase anything (which i planned on spending alot of money today) and told him how unprofessional he was, he showed his ignorance of how a business is ran by stating ""so what, I have customers coming in buying things all the time""... Which i'm sure isn't ""his"" store or the store would have been shut down by now... he didn't have enough sense to realize that ALL customers are important in business and so is CS skills and keeping street talk in the streets. I would never go to this store again or any of my family members. Being black owned i thought i would support the store but after this they have lost alot of business and money due to their hiring of uneducated, disrespectful employees...I gave this business one star and not because it was deserved.

Cons: Management seems to hire anyone despite lack of education
