I consider myself lucky to have found an Insurance Agent like Susan Romero. My wife and I just moved to Vail from Henderson, Nevada and had to obtain insurance on our new home. I called Susan?s office on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise found that not only was she open, but she answered the phone. Susan told me that even though her office was closing for the day in 15 minutes, she would stay a few minutes late to work on our quote. As she promised, Susan called me back a few minutes later. Susan Romero was very knowledgeable, and professional. I was VERY impressed! Not to mention, her quote beat all others.
