After reading all of the reviews I have to say we were very skeptical about using this company. I also would like everyone to know though that we are not unexperienced buyers. We have bought and sold properties over the years and are very familiar with REO closings. They are not the ""typical"" closing that everyone is referring to. Our processor, Stephanie Stephens, was not only on top of everything she answered the phone or called us back every time. When the file was moved to the closer to prepare the HUD I couldn't believe how fast the HUD was prepared and out to us. Not only was the HUD perfect there were no mistakes as everyone keeps talking about on here as well. Stephanie Stephens and Valerie Toney are exceptional employees and I wanted to let everyone know that there are at least two valuable employees there. Why don't you ask for them the next time you have a closing? I'll bet you have a different opinion when it is all said and done.
