Review content:
This was my first purchase of a foreclosed home. I had gone into City Search and found the reviews and was concerned. I called and spoke to a supervisor at New House Title. She was very informative and let me know up front that regardless of what my agent or others told me these closings are not easy and cookie cutter. She said they try to make it as easy as possible but more important than closing on time was to close with the title to my property intact.
