Review content:
I would have to say that this is the worst title company I have ever had to work with in all my years in Real Estate. They never communicate with anyone, don't return calls or emails and do things at there own time (always after the closing date). They sent closing papers at 4:45pm and then told us it was not there problem that the closing papers did not get in the overnight mail to them the same day. Closing was suppose to happen at 3:30 not 5pm. How are papers to be printed, signed and dropped in an over night box within 45 min? Not possible. My buyers had to wait all weekend to gain access to their home because this title company is so bad. They blame everyone but themselves.s Tried telling me it was the mobile closers (that they picked ) fault the papers did not get back to them in time. Just one more reason banks should allow local title companies to close REO properties.
