As 1st time home buyers we are purchasing a foreclosed home and made the mistake of going with the bank's Tittle Company which happens to be this terrible company. If I would do it all again, I would have paid the extra money to chose my own title company and would probably already have moved into my new home and closed a LONG TIME AGO! We just received a third extension request from this title company and will probably be out on the street before we can move into our new home. We were supposed to have initially closed 28 days ago and every time the closing day rolls around they blame somebody else for not being able to close on time. However, we have checked with the other people that they blame to find out they were initially responsible for not sending the required documentation on time. I do not trust their employees who do not care to respond to your emails, do not care if you have to live on the street due to their delays and who are evasive in their responses to your emails.
