They are out a little ways, down blanding, past all the noisy crouded mess of Orange Park LOL Its actually a nice drive and well worth it to come down there if you are in need of any automobile or AC care, or you just need an honest second opinion. These 2 men are extremely knowledgable and professional, and they are both master level technitions. They are very honest people, if they for some strange rare reason dont know what the problem is, they will say so and reffer you to someone who can better serve your need, unlike other auto shops that will just 'invent' things to hustle you on lol. The shop has gone under new managment and the couple who own the buisness now are really good, honest, hardworking and personable people. Debby (the office manager/ co owner) is so sweet and makes you feel completely informed and at ease with every step of your experience there, whether you chose to wait there with them or drop off your car. Its good to know that they are fully insured and certified to do all the work they do. They are great with aftercare, they make sure you are completely happy with thier work and your experience. I have been hustled at other shops with Labor charges, these guys at Quality are VERY efficient and most reasonable and conservative on thier labor considering the enormous combined experience they have... As a woman it is challenging to find automobile care that is fair.... we know how that can be even in 2007 lol I know I will be treated ethically here and when I leave, my car will be good to go. They are flexible on payment accepting credit and debit cards as well as cash. Keep thier number handy, so you can call them right away if you or a loved one needs to have a vehicle diagnosed and or worked on. They also provide full range AC services too. I would send anyone there, and also they speak spanish.
