The Pepper Sprout is perhaps the most elegant, romantic restaurant in Dubuque. If you're looking for an alternative to the more traditional steak and seafood restaurants and supper clubs, this is it. The dining area is narrow but deep, with a high, tin-covered ceiling and muted lighting. The menu is eclectic and changes regularly. Service is friendly, prompt, and professional.
