My family has shopped at this establishment in the past. However we will not shop this store anymore. I am in the process of notifying appropriate channels and the manager of the Walmart store where this store is located. The treatment that my daughter received there today was very unprofessional and that is saying it mildly. My daughter had gone in a few days ago to purchase a wedding gift. The young lady on duty pointed her to some nice frames with a marriage poem inside and said there were some that were 39.99 but there were ones for 19.99 on sale. She picked out one of the frames that was on sale for 19.99. The frames were clearly marked at the 19.99 price. She left them instructions of what to put on the poem as to the names of the couple and dates. She went back in today to pick it up and it was not done because the owner (blonde older lady) said it was 40.00. My daughter told her she didn't understand because it was on sale for 19.99 and she wasn't going to pay 40.00 when it was sold to her for 19.99. The lady then proceeded to tell my daughter that she was trying to rob them by not paying the full price. My daughter was highly upset because this person was shouting at her in front of all the customers. It was very embarrassing and my daughter told her that she would not shop there again and the woman then told her good she did not want her to come back. My daughter's husband was waiting out in the car and he went in and wanted to talk to the owner and she would not come out from the back. He spoke to the young girl that actually sold the frame to my daughter who I guess didn't have a say in the matter. No customer deserves to be treated in this fashion and I would hope that Walmart would not want stores of this nature in their establishment. The customer is not valued at all at this place. Apparently they have so much money they don't care if they keep customers coming back or not.
