Outstanding customer service! When was the last time you had an issue with a customer product and they willingly and anxiously volunteered to take care of it for you? The custom leaded glass window Steve made for us was slightly off in uniformity. Rather than saying he thought it looked correct, or blaming it on the window not being square (or any other lame excuse!), Steve said ""this isn't right"", pulled it out and re-made it . I expected a battle but what we got was outstanding service!
