If you have a choice of when to go, try the breakfast. But, if you come in the morrnings on the weekends, be ready to wait. Also note: it's worth the wait! The new chicken fried steak and eggs are to die for. And add the bisquits and gravy, it may up you colestorol but it was great doing it. Best in the area! For lunch, try the half sandwich special. Half of a sandwich, salad, and a cup of soup. The soup will be vegetable (every day) of a soup of the day. The salad is crisp and the dressing are made there. And you have a choice of 4 sandwiches. Also, try the chicken pot pie - my favorite.
