Review content:
I have gone to Dr. Bang in the past & found his prices very reasonable & I liked the fact that he was one of those doctors that rushed animals into surgery. My cat was everything to me but in her old age she had developed health issues & it was clear that the kind thing would be to let her go, so I made an appointment w/ Dr. Bang. I planned to hold and comfort her as she slipped away. I never expect Doctor Bangs helper to take her from me, but he grabbed her by the scruff of the neck & pulled her head back hard while he clamped down on her paw with his strong hand (she was very thin and had no meat on her tiny paw so the strong pressure he asserted hurt and terrified her. (she had never been handled roughly before). She left this world filled with terror and in pain. The last vision I have of her was her crying out in pain and her eyes wide open in terror, and I will never get that image out of my mind or my dreams.
