I have been going to Rick's for likely over 15 years, and trust them more than any other automotive place I've been to. I feel there is an honesty there that most places do not have. They are extremely thourough and competent at the repairs they do, and I leave knowing that the job was done right. I have never had to return to correct any problem from a job they've done. Over the years Rick's has expanded what they do. If I have any criticism, its that I don't always realize they can service a particular problem I'm having, but I trust their opinion of who they will refer me to if they can't do they job, and I'm always relieved when they say ""we can do that'.
