I expect Honesty.
That's what I ask for, and that's what I get at this place.
Maybe, as I'm ?only 40,? I expect a different kind of Honesty than you do.
Every time I've entered this establishment, I've exited with exactly what I've expected to get; even if it's not Top Shelf, and only within a few dollars of ?Internet-price.? I always get exactly what I pay for here. Mostly based on staff-suggestion/my-own-experience. And, it's always my decision!
I find the staff to be honest. Not rude.
Maybe this kind of honesty seems ?blunt? to you but, I see it as a good thing. I see it as, 'they aren?t trying to rip me off.' If anything it's always with an edge of humor, in my experience. Which is something I appreciate. It's something I see it so rarely in my every-day shopping experience, I enjoy the small jokes we have.
If you are stupid enough to buy a P.O.S. they will *try* to tell you so! To your face! Maybe you take this as ?rude? but... they are entrusted to make a sale; so they *can't* talk you out of it! They are trying to do you a FAVOR!
Anyway: That's been my experience with them.
I don't personally know anybody there.
I've never been stupid enough to have to ask for ?Management.? If anything I'd expect a member of Management to just want to toss me out in that situation! I trust their advice and always take it with a grain (or shaker-full) of salt. YMMV.
If you are like minded, this is a great place to shop!
If you need to be hand-held through every-little-step-along-the-way... piss off! This is a shop for the grown-ups.
