Review content:
I have tried numerous Sushi places in the South Bay, and this one definitely stands out as the best of the bunch. The fish is brought in fresh daily, and is of the highest quality. The preparation of the rolls are delicate and melt in your mouth. And talking about ambiance, the interior reminds me of the small eateries in Kyoto, Japan. The service is attentive and friendly. The live piano, on Fridays and Saturdays, needs to be a little less loud, however. This is a cute stand-alone Japanese theme restaurant. It makes the sushi taste even more flavorful when you can savor it in authentic style surroundings, instead of the usual strip mall type environment. Yes, they are pricey. But, as the old saying goes, ""you get what you pay for"", and may I add...it is well worth it!
Pros: Ambiance, quality, freshness
Cons: Need to tone down the loudness of the live piano on Fridays and Saturdays.
