Review content:
We love Barnwood Restaurant! The owner, John, is very personable and so is his staff. His mother, Catherine, is in her 80s and still works. She is a character. If you tell her you are dieting she will hold no punches while keeping on track. We love her. John has high standards for his staff. The food is wonderful and they are accomodating if you have special dietary needs. I love the interestng fruits they use as garnish and veges they serve which aren't always your ""garden variety"" no pun intended. They have a wine dinner every month. The food is gourmet and wine is plentiful. I suggest you have someone drop you off and pick you up, or go all out and get a limo!
