Ok, maybe I'm going to sound too harsh compared to the other reviews, but when I spend nearly $100 for two people I expect complete excellence. We made reservations for 6:30 pm on a Saturday, and were seated within a couple of minutes after arriving. Once we were seated, we did not have any wait staff come to our table for at least ten minutes. Meanwhile, I saw numerous wait staff passing our table to wait on others. It's almost as if we weren't there. Once our waiter finally did take our drink order, service steadily got better. We ordered the Spinach and Crab Dip ($12) and it truly was excellent. Very yummy and I highly recommend trying it. They also serve complimentary sourdough bread and butter. This too was very good. My wife ordered the King Crab Legs, and her meal was fine. It's usually hard to mess up something like crab legs. I ordered the Chesapeake Bay Lump Crab Cakes. My meal was less than stellar. The crab cakes I felt were mushy in the middle. The crab meat was not lumpy at all, and instead was finely shredded. I felt as though they just took crab meat out of a can. There were also bits of shell in my crab cakes as well that I'd occasionally have to pull out of my mouth. The side items did nothing to compliment the dish either. It came with mashed potatoes, and a sweet corn saute. The corn was pretty boring, and the mashed potatoes had nothing special added to them. For these kinds of prices, I was expecting a meal that would leave me envious of the chef and wishing I could cook like that. Sadly, I could have easily made this meal at home, for much cheaper, and probably far superior in taste. I'm sure if I would have ordered another dish, I might have had a better experience. Still, I left the restaurant feeling pretty bummed that I spent nearly $100 and didn't walk away feeling nothing but ecstatic about my dining experience. Pros: Awesome view, some dishes done exceptionally well Cons: Iffy service, some dishes done not so well
