Very well dressed friendly professional sales staff. As usual you need to keep an eye on your wallet, like any car dealer they will try to get as much from you as they can. A real plus for this dealer is if your used car is not covered under the manufacturers warranty they over a 30 day/3000 mile warranty, plus your first oil change is on them. No post-purchase follow up, at least on used car. I found the service staff especially nice, and willing to help. Cost of service is high as in most if not all dealerships. Their waiting room has many creature comforts, and welcomes you. One of the best buying expieriences I have had, all things considered.
