WOW ANOTHER RENT INCREASE,MAYBE THEY NEED THE MONEY TO FIX THEIR PUMPS FOR THEIR ONGOING WATER PROBLEMS. IT'S AMAZING HOW THE RENT KEEPS GOING UP BUT YET THE WATER PROBLEMS STILL EXISTS.. THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE GREEN LAWNS BUT THAT IS PRETTY HARD TO ACCOMPLISH WHEN THE WATER IS OFF. THE LOCATION OF THE PARK IS GREAT BUT THE WATER PROBLEMS TAKE AWAY FROM THAT
