It is my opinion that this is a MHP that I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Although the area around is nice, and all the tenants within this park own their mobile homes, I/we quickly found out that looks are deceiving. Services that are supposed to be provided by the Park are not adequate, namely the water system that isn't in good working order (hasn't been for some time) including low water pressure, loss of water, false reports sent to tenants about the proposed ""fix"" to these problems, among other things. After looking online I/we have found reports (public record) on DOH on Non-Compliant water issues. Management avoids tenants calls about problems in the Park. They say they are going to do something and just don't deliver. And not just the water system problems. Management is also VERY slow to inform tenants of issues within the Park. There are MANY unhappy tenants in this park. I think it would be in anyone's best interest to look elsewhere, but that is only MY OPINION.
