Businiess name:  Toyama Japanese Steak House
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Toyama is by far the best Japanese steakhouse in Nashville! The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean, the chefs are AMAZING, and that yum-yum sauce could be the most tasty thing I EVER ate, I could put it on everything!....I contacted the TN State board of health too see all posted health scores for Toyama and was delighted to discover that Toyama has never scored below a 93 as a matter of fact Toyama has scored 100's consecutively for the past 15 months, which is unheard of this day and age! I had the pleasure to bump elbows with a few stars while i dined there...a TN titian football player, Dolly Partton, and Hank Williams Jr....It was quite exciting to say the least! My hibachi seared tuna was to die for....The entire experience was AMAZING! Being Asian American I can be a bit picky when it comes to homeland cuisine however Toyama had me craving more the very next day!
