Wow, it's been a long time since I've had service this bad. ""Bad"" is too nice; the service was actually hostile. I had some minor problems with my policy that I needed to straighten out and got only intense incompetence as well as arrogance and stone-walling. I was speechless. This is in stark contrast to many other State Farm representatives. Save yourself the hassle and get State Farm products somewhere, anywhere, else.
Pros: State Farm products offered.
Cons: Service is absolutely horrible. I was treated like dirt.
