Aside from waiting on yourself, (all the ""too cool for school"" tatooed and pierced wait staff do is bring the food and still expect a tip) I gave it two tries, first time was an imitation chicken salad sandwich which tasted like ground cardboard, not chicken. Second time was the burrito which I wont tell you what the filling looked like and it tasted like it looked, gross. The salads looked good and had easily identifiable ingredients. If I wanted to wait on myself I'd go to a fast food place.
Pros: Cheerful warehouse setting.
Cons: You have to get up and get your own beverage, forks, napkins
