Never ever do business of any kind with Mark Sullentrup of
Sullentrup Contracting.
I rented an apartment from him for two years, and I was an excellent tenant. When ever I'd tell him of a problem that needed fixing, such as a hole in the roof in winter! He would fail to respond, when I politely reminded him of the problem he'd say, and I quote, ""oh, I forgot""!
Worst of all he failed to return my security deposit of more than $500. Last time I met up with this guy before moving out he asked if he could just mail me my refund, I trusted him and said OK. I have yet to receive my deposit, and I have called and he never returns my call.
Please, never do business with Mark Sullentrup. I found out too late he's a cheat and a liar.
