Review content:
WOW! that is all I can say, Blakeney has to be the worst company I have been with ever! We have had so many issues with the house and maintenance takes their time getting to you,, even if you have no heat in the winter nor running water. I believed that it was one of the top 5 rental leasors around here prior to moving in, but I don't think anyone could be worse. If you have an issue after 5, you might as well plan on staying with a friend that night. They have a number, but they will always tell you that they will be there at 7 the next day. William Blakeney, would be a great politician, he is there 24/7 if you are looking to move in, but after you move in,,, you never hear or see him until he wants to know if you want to renew your lease. He is always taking vacations, and is never in the office, and then if you need to meet with him, you might as well just go ahead and pull out your hair. I have had a few friends think about moving into one of their houses, and I have quickly deterred them, and even though I don't know you,,, YOU NEED TO JUST HIT BACK and just look at one of the other large leasing companies. Unless you just don't care about how you are treated and how quickly you want stuff to be fixed,,, then go ahead and sign with them!! Pros: Decent Houses Cons: The way the entire organization is ran
