I wish there was an option to not post a start at all, this rental agency is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. After several years of dealing with rental agencies in Tuscaloosa, Alabama I can honestly say (my opinion) that Blakeney Company is awful. Not only do they not respond to your problems throughout the term of your lease for days to weeks at a time, they completely ignore you at times.
You will mainly deal with the son of the founder, William Blakeney, who is awful at keeping his employees (and in my opinion himself) in line. Not only does he not respond to messages until it's completely convenient for him, but he will give you a ton of attitude. He is about as ridiculous as the turnaround times for fixing problems around the house you rent from them.
I'd suggest finding another rental company and not having to deal with this headache of a company for an entire year. You'll thank me later.
