I waited for OVER AN HOUR for my appointment with Dr. Lucacel. Her office is overbooked, cramped and her staff, while nice, are unprofessional and disorganized.
Dr. Lucacel has a terrible bedside manner. She is not good with children. All the kids leaving her office were crying and screaming.
She drew blood from my child like she had never done it before, didn't comfort him when he cried and lied to my toddler about why her brother was crying. Her advice was outdated and worst of all, she's very behind in her knowledge of medical science.
She got very ugly when she wanted to schedule more tests. After I saw how unsteady she was with a needle, I knew we would never return to her. I said, as nicely as possible, that we would probably return to our old pediatrician for any follow-up.
The absolutely worst doctor experience of my entire life.
