I recently just purchased a bag at crumpler. First off the selection is awesome and the staff is really cool and helpful. The woman in the front informed me that there was another location in the West Village if i couldn't find what i was looking for there. I needed a bag for my laptop so when I told the person, she immediately took me over to a selection of small, medium and larges. I was absolutely astounded by the attention the rep gave me and the selection she showed me. We took out my laptop and decided that medium was the best fit for it. Now at work everyone always compliments me on my bag and asks where I got it from! I will definitely be shopping there again for all my bag needs!
Pros: Great Staff, Huge Selection and Awesome Bags
Cons: Stores are only downtown
