I gave birth to my first daughter in 2008 and I must say it was the worst experience I had. First of all the parking is horrible, I don't agree with having to be charged to park I've never been to a hospital where I had top pay to park on top of the the fee for parking is rediculous. Inside the maternity center the nurses were extremely rude and had no patience what so ever. They were constantly giving attitude and when it was time to get my epidural the anesthesiologist was very rude and was yelling at me because I couldn't stay still (come on I'm in pain and that needle hurts). When you call the nurses they take forever to attend you. And I think the worst part of the maternity center was the security guard. She was so rude and when the visiting time was up she would start yelling time is up visitors have to get out and would stay in the room until my visitors were gone. She was horrible. When I was in my room the nurses forced me to breastfeed and when I told them I didn't want to at the moment they treated me like I was a bad mother. They basically told me it was not a choice and that I HAD to breastfeed. That experience was horrible for being a first time mom and I would never go back to that hospital and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
