Review content:
Horrible customer service. I am attempting to reach them via phone as I type. The phone just rings and rings. I brought in two leather boxes, to have leather glued down on the sides. The lady at the counter told me they would be ready on Saturday. I arrived Monday (two days after they were to be ready) at 12:00 only to be told they weren't ready. When I asked why, she said they were busy. When I asked why she didn't call me to let me know again she said matter of factly that they were busy. Not even an attempt at an apology. She told me they would be ready after 3:00 that day. It is now Tuesday, at 10:00 am and I am trying to contact them before driving over and as I said, there is no answer. Phone has rang no less than 50 times.
