Review content:
I left 2 pairs of boots at Zinke's yesterday. They told me they would be ready today. I arrive to pick them up - the woman can't find them at first. Then she finds them and says they are not ready as ""the machine had broken"". The tips of the heels had been taken off one pair and the front sole of the other pair. I asked them when they would be ready and they said either in about 20 minutes or Monday. I told them I need them today and would it be later than 20 minutes. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. When I told her this was unacceptable she started to shout at me. I picked up both pairs of boots and left. Never will I go to Zinke's again.
