As I visited Cantebury Records yesterday I was appalled that the two normal staff that I had come to know, rely on and love as friends for 30 years had been let go ""at will"". In there place were two older women with severe attitude problems and a man supposedly the owner who could care less how the women were acting. I tried to get some help, with out success, and left buying nothing. They do not seem to be getting any of the new releases, nor will they special order anymore. Their prices have gone up 10-13%. This a.m. I called all of the people I had given gift certificates to for Christmas, and suggested that they hurry in to spend them, since new stuff is no longer coming in. Cons: no new merchandise and no special orders any more. Customer Service is gone.
