It was a pleasure dealing with Daryl. I had been to two other dealerships before going to Diver. Daryl was a welcome change from the salesman at the other dealerships that wanted to sell you a car at sticker price. I got an excellent price at Diver compared to the other dealerships, even though Daryl had to locate the color and options I wanted and trade with another dealership. I felt as if I got a fair value for the car I traded in and a great price on the new car.
Daryl was very responsive to my needs, and was extremely helpful. He made sure the vehicle was inspected in PA and talked to my insurance company for me to switch my insurance to the new car.
When I went to pick up the vehicle, Daryl arranged for me to meet with Matt, who had an excellent working knowledge of all of the features of the car. Matt helped set up our Bluetooth connectivity for my phone and my daughter?s phone, demonstrated the on-star, radio, navigation system and all other features.
Both Daryl and Matt demonstrated excellent customer service skills and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely go back to Diver Chevrolet for my next car and would highly recommend to others.
