I sent both of my children to this facility for different reasons and I will never send them again. I sent my daughter first to preschool and she came home crying everyday because she had been in time out and could not explain why, the teachers would only say that she did not listen. Then I sent my son to this facility for a Tumble/Swim class and the class had no organization and the teacher was not friendly at all, the swimming portion was me telling my son and showing my son what to do, why did I pay a phenomenol rate to send him? Than I sent my daughter to a PeeWee Soccer program and they fired the coach and than hired someone else to do the job who had no experience, again the phenomenol fee. Lastly, I sent her to a Squeaky Sneakers program and it was a miracle if we had a teacher to do the work let alone teach her to swim. The staff was rude, they did not offer any form of compensation for the programs my daughter was in. The Squeaky Sneakers program had scheduling issues as well, so it was a miracle when the class actually was on time. This Y was the worst experience I have ever had at a Y, the fee's are so high for programs that are soooo bad. I would never and will never take my children again. I signed my son up for a class and than realized he was already in the class, and I withdrew him from one and I was charged a 20 withdrawal fee, than I have tried since June to get the class amount refunded to me, but one excuse after another has been given as to why in August I had not received my refund.
