Seriously, the owner of Bay Boat cares so much about the customers it's incredible! We celebrated my Mom's b-day and had our friends come to surprise her. They were so caring about her having a great time from start to finish.
Irene and her staff are AMAZING!
There has been an ownership change and you can't believe how much the crew care about getting you on the boat assisting from start all the way to putting your stuff in the car when you are ready to leave. FIRST CLASS treatment and who doesn't appreciate that kind of service!? We will be back for the holidays to enjoy the lights. We do this every year but the service this time has improved incredibly. I sure felt like a VIP!
