Review content:
Since AIM sold the property, the new owners have run this place into the ground! I went through police arresting a man formurder, a woman who had police for drowning her kid, a knife fight outside my place, and even if you look past the people cracks in the foundation going directly into my apartment. Cracks in the door means when the wind blows it comes through the door too. I had a toilet above me leak sewage into the ceiling and walls, and all they did was have a man come in with a fan blowing for three days. Which means that the nasty is still in the sheetrock! Rent here at your own risk, because when you leave as I did, they don't give back your deposit either! I lived there and spent over $1,500 in pet rent and they kept my deposit on top of it all. I am thankful we found a better place for less money, better staff, and no longer there... but those coming in should look at options around, and ask who owns it because they share staff, to save even more they rotate staff from other properties and hire staff below them that I wouldn't trust alone in my place.
