If you are a user, dealer or a car theif, or an under age drinker who enjoys losing consciousness on property parking lots this would be a great place to live. People getting arrested left, right and center. Apartment manager, David Kaplan is rude and unfair...treating his tennants like dirt. Office staff are very friendly on the phone, however I have personally experienced 3 episodes of being in the office while they were plesant on the phone with a tennant, only to hang up and bad-mouth in front of other tennants and staff....very unprofessional if you ask me. My apartment, and 2 others I know of, currently have a major ant and spider problem -- which apartment manager says is not his problem. I'm only still ""living"" here as I can't get out of my lease unless I come up with 60 days notice and $5000. Don't get trapped like me; take my advise and look elsewhere for a place to live; somewhere where they actually respect their tennants and treat them like human beings. Pros: big bedroom, propery outside well kept Cons: closet for a kitchen, poor management , rude and inappropriate staff
