I had a coupon for buy one get one free, six dollar combo and get one free of the same thing. coupon #2726, they were only going to give me a free sandwich instead of the free combo meal, I would have to buy a combo meal to get the free one, but they argued with me, They were very rude.Then they ask what I wanted my money back or the food I said I wanted the food. Instead she gave me the money back and then kept the coupon, which wasn't right cause it was mine. I don't go to Carl Jr's much, but when I did this time they were very rude and called awful names. I had two other people in the car with me. I talk to the manager and she was the one who took the coupon and said she will keep it. So I don't know if I ever want to go to a Carl Jr's again. This was on November 29th 2009. The food was for my granddaughter who was very hungry. That wasn't a very good Holiday greeting I received. Only reason I went was cause of the coupon. It helps when you're on a fix income. The Carl Jr. is at 6740 N. Division, Spokane, Washington. Thanks
