I am very disappointed with the service I received as well as the hairstyle. First I had to wait a half an hour before he took me in, and he was not nearly as friendly or attentive as he was the first appointment I had with him. Secondly, I trusted him to understand a basic request to trim my hair so it could stay brushed back off my face as I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk. When I realized he was not understanding what I was describing I asked him if my hair could be brushed back - and clearly it couldn't. But he was getting short with me and gave me the bum's rush out the door to take the next customer who had had clearly also waited for a while. I do expect better for the price I paid, and I now have a style that is not only unflattering but impossible to work with. My mother will be canceling her future appointment.
