Review content:
Though the food is semi-good, the service is not so good. They are extremely unwilling to cooperate with you if you have a special order, say if you are allergic to chicken, or allergic to a certain meat, they will not be willing to make you a special order salad, even though it takes about 5 minutes. They argue for about 20 minutes before they agree begrudgingly to make it but still give you a 20 minute wait period. If you are a vegetarian, I do not reccomend ordering food from them, as they are unwilling to special make you a salad without meat, instead they verbally insult you and tell you to pick up the pre-made one, which by the way has meat on top! You are the one that is paying for the meal, not them, therefore they should not give you trouble, but unfortunately they do. Being verbally insulted in a Gelsons market, nonetheless was the tip of the iceberg, never has any market staff reacted so poorly to a simple request. The food is not anything special for the service you have to endure.
