St. Martin's just called me at 8:00 pm the night before my trip to tell me they had doublebooked our room. It turns out there was a large tour group that needed it so they gave it to them. The owner told me there was ""nothing they could do"". The fact that my wife and I made the reservation well in advance and it was for our first wedding anniversary was of no consequence to this woman. To add insult to injury, the owner was a smart ass on the phone. She said she was not worried about me and she could handle a bad review. I would avoid this B&B at all costs. They just might give your room away.
