Review content:
This was my second experience at this restaurant and it was horrific! The waitress was mean, not personable and extremely rude. She catered to a bigger party that had been seated much later than us. This experience was also during our lunch hour, so we did not have a lot of time. She never greeted us properly. She walked up to us and said, ""Okay, what will you have?"" After we ordered, our food was not that great. My fries and taquitos were burned, my co-worker has a bone in her enchilida! It gets worse: We called over the manager to help and he was not knowledgable about running a restaurant at all. He asked us why he didn't call him earlier and asked us if we were coming back. After we said no, he asked, ""After one bad experience, you aren't coming back?"" NO! Why should we? After that, he asked us what we wanted him to do about the problem. So, he took half off of our bill. But while he was away from our table, the other waiters were glaring and pointing fingers at our table! We were not loud, rude or overly exaggerating, we were just stating facts but being proper about it. So, the waitress comes back and starts talking to my other co-worker in Spanish about how she was busy and not able to be all over the place at once. How rude! We will not be back and do not recommend this place to anyone!
