My wife and I live in the South Bay have gone to Pecha Hair for many years. When you find someone that does such a great job it is worth the drive and besides we usually plan something fun since Pecha Hair is just one block off the 3rd Street Promenade. Very hip place, upbeat, good prices! Pecha does our hair but everyone I see, comes and leaves with a great style from any of the stylists.
Pros: Just 1 block off the 3rd street Promenade
Cons: I live 45 minuets away :( But worth the dreie!
