We purchased a 2007 W-900 and the truck had issues from the first 100 miles away from the dealership. Drove back 200 miles for them to repair. They could not find problem. Truck broke down 400 miles down the road with perishable load on, clock ticking and unloading appointments approaching. Another Kenworth dealer found problem and now after the salesman at Wisconsin Kenworth gave his word it would be taken care of it has been a month and they are not sticking with it.
Pros: Nice truck now
Cons: Won't stand by their word
