Review content:
Got groupon, was really looking for the experience. Arranged my day and babysitting, got there early for 11:45 Pilates class. Nobody showed up including the instructor. The door was open when I arrived, so the class was obviously not canceled. There was no notice of canceled class on their website either. The young man at fitness center signed me up on the first day,(which was cardio kick boxing, to be fair, it was not bad, just hard for somebody just beginning to be fit).
I notified this young guy name Robert when the instructor didn't show up. He couldn't give me any clear explanation why and how it happened. I assumed he was just an employee. When I went back in the evening, to go to another class, I found out that he was one of the owners.
My expectations were very high for this new club, so I was very disappointed that, while I got an apology, no one made any attempt to explain why it happened, or to give me any assurance that it wouldn't happen again.
I won't be going back - I'll just take my business somewhere else, to someone who takes care of their clients.
BYW, they lack soap and toilet tissue in their bathroom. I think it's a bit gross for a place people get sweaty!
