Ever since I move to the Fall Creek area in Feburary, I have had a hard time finding a convenient, affordable place to practice Hot Yoga. When Toast opened up it was as if my payers were answered. The studio is walking distance from my house, the ambiance makes me feel like I am fully immersed in the Yogi culture, and the instructor Gloria is patient and very knowledgable about her craft.
