I have been employed by ADT for the past 20 years, the last 14 as an Commercial Installer. During my career I have seen some people that weren't interested in customer service or taking responsibility for their actions. I can honestly say that the crew I install with is a very diligent,talented,and experienced team. We will do what it takes,whether it's to crawl thru you dirty,damp crawlspaces,tight claustrophobic attics or to work in your office,lab or any other area while trying to minimize the disruptions to your daily business functions. I understand that many horror stories have been told, just try to keep in mind that the installers
are on the front line and are trying to do the right thing.
