Review content:
We recently purchased a vechile from Deery Brothers in Plesant Hill. We will never give them our business again. We normally bought our cars from Karl's Chevrolet, but they did not have the used vechicle in stock that we liked, so we decided to check out other lots, BIG MISTAKE. While we fell in love with the car, we have had nothing but headaches since, when it comes to our salesman. He gave us the run around about fees and financing, when we turned down their offer they magically were able to meet our needs. That made us feel like he was trying to rip us off, but we loved the car so much we ended up buying it. We ending up buying the car, since they came to our terms, but then more headache came..... They messed up our license plates and registration and we had to come up with money for the tags that they were suppose to include in loan. I also had to spend two afternoons off work at the court house to get all the title issues figured out that they didn't do. We also had issues with our insurance and the credit union they financed through, we had the car for about three months and the credit union calls to tell us we need to get a 500 dollar dectuable on our insurance to keep our finanicng. The dealership was suppose to inform us but didn't, again more money had to come out of our pocket for Deery's mistake. Lastley the dealership was suppose to fix the burn holes on the seat of the car, to our satisfaction, as a condition of the sale. They not only made us wait 4 months before attempting to get the holes fixed, they then told us they would only pay out 50 dollars for the service. According to the gentleman that was going to fix it, a 50 repair would not really fix the burnholes, only temporarily cover them. He said the holes would reappear after a few years. Needless to say I will never go back to Deery Brothers, simply because of the salesman we dealt with. We should have stuck with Karl's Cheverolet and their salesman.......
