My PS3 froze last night while playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. I reset the system only to find out no discs would even show up as being in the system, nor DVDs or CDs for that matter. Did a google search to find out the problem and it turns out that the lens was burned out. Only had my PS3 two years since New Years 2009. waiting 6 - 8 weeks for Sony to ship it back to me was not an option so I emailed PC Gecko since they were recommended to me by a friend, at 8:30pm the same night and got a call back five minutes later. Took it in at 1pm and was out of there before 2pm with a new lens and working PS3. What a service!
