PC gecko not only could not fix my 360, but also lost it. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, I recieved an email stating 1. I would be contacted (I was not contacted), 2. I would be redunded my $60 (I was not refunded $60), 3. They would give me a refurbished xbox 360 (they have not offered me a refurbished xbox 360). As it has been said before, Charles Shuck has scammed before and I also feel these postivie reviews are false.If not, they are definately rare.
